“We arrived in Olvera and were warmly greeted by Peter and Sherri. Peter helped us find a park for our car in the busy streets We were then shown our lovely room with balcony and ensuite. The room and bathroom were immaculate with lovely touches that made us feel very welcome The bed was very comfortable making our sleep restful We had 2 chairs to relax in by the balcony in the room as well We also had the use of the upstairs roof top where we had a very generous breakfast delivered by Peter and Sherri on both mornings, where we could see the sun light up the castle and church Peter and Sherri were very informative about the Olvera area and also the surrounding White towns. They also suggested local places to eat We would have no hesitation in returning and recommending them to our friends touring this area”
“Sheri & Peter are lovely hosts who made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. Their house, a typical Andalusian town house right in the centre of one of Spains most beautiful white villages was perfect for a relaxing stay - and what a view! The house was very clean and beautifully decorated plus very centrally located (right beside the main square). We stayed in a very light and clean room at the front of the house with our own (brand new) bathroom. From our room we also had easy access to the roof terrace with and amazing view of the old church and surrounding mountains. Sherri & Peter were very helpful and provided us with a map of the town incl. recommendations for places to eat / things to see. In the morning they served a great Spanish breakfast in the hal. I would def recommend this place. Great value for money and great hosts. Wish we stayed longer! ”
“Wir wissen ehrlich gesagt nicht, wo wir anfangen sollen. In unserem zweiwöchigen Urlaub mit fast täglich wechselnden AirBnBs war wirklich keine andere Unterkunft, keine anderen Gastgeber besser. Anfangen von der guten Lage, dem sehr sauberen und hochwertig eingerichteten Zimmer bis zu dem sehr guten Frühstück auf der Dachterasse. Alles war perfekt! Sherrie und Peter sind die nettesten Menschen, die einem neben der tollen Begrüßung bis zu den besten Bars und Aussichtspunkten wirklich nichts vorenthalten. Wenn das jetzt zuviel des Lobes war; geht hin und überzeugt euch selbst. Es wird euch auf jeden Fall gefallen!”
“Our stay here was the highlight of 3 weeks touring Southern Spain. The untouristed stereo white village, the warm welcome, the very comfortable room, a delicious breakfast and an evening on the terrace watching the light change the appearance of the looming castle, church and tiled roofs. Marvellous. And we enjoyed tasty and cheap tapas at two recommended spots. Thanks to Sherrie and Peter”
“We really enjoyed staying at Sherri and Peter's B&B. They have created a beautiful and comfortable space for their guests. Our room, at the front of the house, was clean and spacious. The rooftop terrace, accessible by all the guests, is a great space to relax and have a glass of wine. Peter and Sherri are amazing hosts. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. For example, when they heard that we came to Olvera to cycle the Via Verde, Peter suggested that we speak to Geoff Cumming, from CyclingAndalulcia. Geoff provided us with great bikes and assistance that made our day of cycling extra special. We highly recommend Sherri and Peter's B&B in Olvera to others. We are already looking at the calendar to see when we can make it back again!
“We had a great moment staying their B&B. This is the best B&B we have ever stayed! I recommend that you stay at least 3 days in Olvera. This town is very quiet but has lots of reason to come: Beautiful white village, the uphill is quite steep, a great view from the church and the castle on the top of the town, nice local people always smiling, and this super comfortable accommodation and the helpful hosts!!
